Our Story
Westridge Construction was created with three main goals:

Fill the gaps between the real estate industry and the trades
​
Help Tradespeople thrive by offering next level support and compensation
​
Enhance the culture in the trades in SW Washington and beyond
​
Our Founder, Collin Whittaker, was inspired to take on this challenge from his time as both a Realtor and a Portfolio Manager. After working with hundreds of contractors and realtors alike, he saw the pain points in both industries and set out to remedy them.
